1. What is RTWHQ?

Rome Total War Headquarters (RTWHQ) is a fan-made website for tracking game statistics from the Rome Total War board game. It provides tools to log matches, view faction stats, and connect with other players. That's it – no hidden agenda, no profit motive.

2. Using the Service

By using RTWHQ, you agree to:

• Be at least 13 years old (or have parental consent)
• Use the service for its intended purpose (tracking board game matches)
• Not submit false or misleading game data
• Treat other community members with respect
• Not attempt to abuse, hack, or overload the service

3. Your Account

You can sign in via Discord, Google, or email. Your account is your responsibility – keep your login credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, harm the community, or at our discretion if necessary. (We really don't want to, though. Just be cool.)

4. Your Content

When you submit game data, notes, or other content, it stays yours. However, you grant us permission to display it on the site and include it in aggregate statistics. Don't submit anything you don't have the right to share.

5. Intellectual Property & Disclaimer

This is an unofficial fan project. RTWHQ is created by a fan, for other fans. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with the creators or publishers of the Rome Total War video game or the Total War: ROME board game.

Trademark Acknowledgments:

• "Rome: Total War" and "Total War" are trademarks of Creative Assembly Limited and/or Sega.
• "Total War: ROME" (board game) is a product of CCC Games (Colour Command & Combat Ltd.) and PSC Games.

We use these names solely to identify the game this community is built around – not to imply any official status or endorsement. Any game-related imagery on this site is the property of its respective owners and is used for fan and informational purposes only.

If you are a rights holder and have concerns about any content on this site, please contact us and we will address it promptly.

6. No Warranty & Liability

This is a hobby project, not a commercial service. We do our best to keep things running smoothly, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime or that features will work perfectly. The service is provided "as is" – if something breaks, we'll try to fix it, but no promises. (We're doing this for fun, remember?)

We're not liable for any data loss, damages, or issues that may arise from using RTWHQ. Back up anything important to you. Use the service at your own risk – though honestly, the worst that can happen is losing your battle stats, which would be sad but not catastrophic.

7. Changes to These Terms

We might update these terms occasionally. If we make significant changes, we'll try to let you know. But honestly, they probably won't change much – the vibe stays the same.
